ADVERSE CREDIT SHARED OWNERSHIP MORTGAGES & REMORTGAGES Adverse credit is
only acceptable on the no deposit scheme.
Adverse credit satisfied for at least 3 years can be considered up to 95% of
share subject to appraisal.
The 100% scheme is from a specialist lender and does accept adverse credit (none
in the last 6 months) but you must have at least £3000 to cover lender fees.
We do not charge up front fees
General information
Mortgages can be arranged for any share amount from 25% to 75% of the full
property value.
Shared ownership rent is based on the remaining share.
We carry out full affordability appraisals before arranging your mortgage.
If you have no adverse credit we prefer to offer you a 95% appraisal and
quotation because you may find that you can raise the deposit because the lender
fees are higher on 100%.

Your home may be repossessed if you do
not keep up your mortgage payments.
